One day I just thought to myself "why am I holding my money in my bank account, they aren't doing anything, maybe it is possible to invest part of them and get some passive income". Ironically enough I'm working with fintech's and one of the client is a p2p loan originator, so I thought I would give it a go and try p2p, more over from working with fintech's I knew how they operate from a technical standpoint. Investment Policy Statement
- Euro denominated only
- Temporary injections only to Invest & Access
- 10% p.a. minimum return on any individual loan and a 12+% p.a. target return for the whole portfolio
- Loans with buy back guarantee should be 12+%.
- Loans without buy back guarantee should be 15+% and reasonably liquid collateral.
- Loans in real estate should be 11+%
- Try to top up at least 500 € per month. (Sometimes situations in life can change, so and amount of top up's.)

I've started investing in 13 May 2019 and I've chosen following platforms:
